Substitute Teachers (Traditional/Homeschool* K-12)
Substitute Teachers play a vital role in maintaining the educational experience when classroom teachers are absent due to illness, personal leave, or professional development. In a Christ-centered learning environment, the Substitute will guide students with compassion and purpose, upholding the school’s commitment to glorifying God through academic excellence and spiritual growth.
*Homeschool only meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Educational Support Positions
Alumni, Parent, and Community Relations
The Alumni, Parent & Community Relations position is highly relational and builds, cultivates and stewards meaningful relationships with alumni, parents, grandparents and the broader community to deepen engagement and strengthen support for the School. This role also provides essential support for school events, helping plan, coordinate, and execute activities that foster connection within the NWCS community.
Human Resources Manager
The Human Resource (HR) Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions that support staffing, policy development, and employee relations. This role serves as a trusted partner to employees and leadership by providing guidance, developing efficient HR systems, mitigating risk, and maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Bus Drivers
The school Bus Driver operates school buses and other district vehicles in transporting students, teachers and coaches to and from school, athletic or special events and other school-related activities. This role is centered on providing reliable, attentive, and student-focused transportation services while strictly adhering to all traffic regulations, safety protocols, and district policies.

Applicants must agree with the school’s statement of faith, have knowledge in teaching the fundamentals of the sport applying for, ability to commit to the seasonal schedule of practice and games, and the ability to create a positive and encouraging environment.
